We encourage you to make your appointments in advance to ensure your preferred booking time. If booking for multiple services or for more than 2 clients, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to ensure your appointment. No charges will be made to your credit card until your service is completed.


Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (516) 996-0140 at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the cost of the booked treatment charged to your credit card. Clients with multiple services or more than 2 clients require 48 hours cancellation notice. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

Spa Arrival

We recommend you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Sip some green tea as we prepare for your treatment.

Cell Phones

For the respect of all spa guests, cell phones must be turned off or silenced in our treatment areas.


Please fill the forms you will receive on your first treatment with us. Let us know about any medical condition or allergie we should be aware off.
